Count interactions for a protein

Counts number of interactions in AmyloGraph database for a given protein.

count_interactions(protein_id)

Arguments

protein_id

[character(1)]
ID of protein interactions are counted for.

interactions

[data.frame()]
AmyloGraph interaction data.

Value

An integer count of interactions.
